What if I want to exchange or return my order?
Exchange and returns are available for products within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags intact.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details billing addresses, and passwords. If your payment fails, please feel free to contact us at contact@butabuti.com. We will resolve the issue. If your payment is debited from your account after the payment failure, it will be credited back within 3-5 business days after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
